Searching for the Dragonballs is an extremely difficult endeavor. A character must first attempt to pass a Competent (18) Mind AT to realize what they are capable of. Once realized, a character may attempt to search for the Dragonballs as a general activity. For each week spent searching, roll 2D6. On a result of 2, a previously undiscovered Dragonball has been found.
The following modifiers will increase your ability to search for Dragonballs, increasing the result required to succeed:

One must gather the Dragonballs together and chant over them, "I summon the Eternal Dragon!" to use them. The Eternal Dragon Shenron will grant two wishes that are within its power, then the Dragonballs will scatter across the world and be turned to stone for one year.
You can revive any one person or group of people as often as you like, as long as they did not die in the course of their natural lifespan.

One must gather the Dragonballs together and chant over them and wish in Namekian to use them. The Eternal Dragon Porunga will grant three wishes that are within its power, then the Dragonballs will scatter across the world and be turned to stone for 130 days.
You can revive anyone as often as you like, as long as they did not die as a consequence of living out their natural lifespan. You may only revive one person per wish.
