Dragon Scouter

Description
A device worn on the head that is a combination of Dragon Radar and Scouter, with a range of 2,000km. It can reveal the locations of the Dragonballs, Read Power Level, and Sense Ki.

When searching for the Dragonballs, your success role is increased by +3 for a previously undiscovered Dragonball.

For Sense Ki, the scouter's range must be set properly; the wider the range, the less accurate the reading, and if the reading is above the range, the scouter will explode.

Note: The Scouter's default setting is 1-10.

Note: Scouters work as Interstellar Communicators between individuals using Scouters and ships with the technology.
