Potara's Earrings

Description
Allows any two individuals to fuse together as long as the earrings are worn. The new fighter adds both individuals' Power Levels, Hits, all shared skills, the average of their characteristics and Defense, and all special techniques; the new individual's Power Level and Power Up are then multiplied by 20, and their Physical and Combat are increased by 200%.

The fused character lasts for 60 minutes, or 300 rounds. Once a successful fusion ends, both characters cannot use fusion again for a full hour, or 300 rounds.

Note: Potara Fusion can be done by any two people.

Note: A fusion of two transformed characters maintains the transformation(s) for the entirety of the fusion.
