Scouter

Description
A device worn on the head that is a combination of Read Power Level and Sense Ki, with a range of 2,000km. For Sense Ki, the scouter's range must be set properly; the wider the range, the less accurate the reading, and if the reading is above the range, the scouter will explode.

Note: The Scouter's default setting is 1-10.

Note: Scouters work as Interstellar Communicators between individuals using Scouters and ships with the technology.
