Arlia
Overview
Arlia is a dry, dim world somewhere between Vegeta and Earth. Its insectile inhabitants have a fairly advanced civilization, although the rough, rocky terrain and lack of light seem to indicate that life is harsh even so.
Arlia has been ravaged by constant war, between the old ruling family and the new King. Arlian warriors are backed up with fairly high tech weapons. During a Saiyan invasion, most of the western hemisphere of the planet was reduced to a massive crater when Paragus unsuccessfully attempted to destroy the entire planet.
Arlia has two moons, each of which goes through separate monthly phases, offset by two weeks.

Arlians are seven foot tall, grasshopper-like beings. Their warriors are skilled fighters and have mastered ki-energy attacks of their own.
